For our members who find it convenient to use County Hall, watch out for more information of a weekly information point we will be arranging there in partnership with Cardiff Council.
Our members are not required to do anything in relation to their savings and loan accounts with us as a result of this move, and we hope that the move will allow us to help more people across the Cardiff & the Vale in future.
Over the next few months, we will also be extending our opening hours and online services, and we'll keep you posted on developments.
