Withdrawals By Telephone

Telephone Banking

We offer a telephone banking service for members wishing to make withdrawals over the phone. New applicants can set this up at the time of joining, and existing members who haven't yet signed up can register for the service by completing a Telephone Banking Registration Form. The form is available from the 'Downloadable Forms' page of our website, or we can you a copy if you prefer. To register for the service, we need the following details:  

1. A nominated bank account for us to transfer your savings to
2. A four digit security password which we will ask you to confirm each time you call, as part of our security processes
3. Up to date telephone and e-mail contact details

Hard copies of the form should be signed returned to us by post or electronic signature. Once received we will send an e-mail or letter to confirm your registration is active.

Once active, you can request a savings withrawal from your account by telephone, and requests made by 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be processed by 5pm that day.
