How to Register
To access your account online and benefit from the expanded range of online services, you will need to register on this site. To do this, click on the green ‘Register’ button in our menu, which will transfer you to our secure online registration page. If you were previously registered for online services on our old website, unfortunately you will need to re-register for a new PIN to use the new website’s online account services. You will need your membership number on hand when you register. If you can't remember this, please contact us and we will remind you.
When you apply to register online, you will be prompted to set up three pieces of security information:
Please keep the details you register secure and safe, as you will need them each time you log in to access your account. Soon after you have registered, you will be sent an email confirmation (usually within 24 hours during working hours Monday to Friday) to confirm that your registration has been successful. You can then begin using the services on our new website immediately, by using the 'Log In' option at the top right hand side of the home page.
Points to Note
For a limited period, you will still be able to access your account from our old website using your old security PIN, but we urge all of our members to register for online services on our new website as soon as possible.
