Cardiff and Vale Credit Union Named Finalists in Consumer Duty Awards
We are thrilled to share some exciting news! We have been named finalists in the ‘Leadership in Consumer Finance’ category at the Consumer Duty Leadership Awards.
The Consumer Duty Leadership Awards celebrate organisations that prioritise customer needs and strive to improve consumer outcomes across financial services. Being recognised as a finalist emphasises our commitment to making financial services accessible and ensuring positive results for all our members, and we could not be prouder.
Here at Cardiff and Vale Credit Union, we are passionate about providing our members with a range of financial services. These include savings, loans, and workplace financial wellbeing through working in conjunction with Moneyworks Wales. We proudly collaborate with local organisations such as Admiral, Cardiff Bus, Cardiff Council, NHS Wales, and many others to support our community and enhance financial wellbeing.
Our dedication to our members is at the heart of everything we do, and this recognition reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering excellent service and outcomes. We believe in putting our members first, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to achieve their financial goals.
Additionally, we are delighted to announce that our Board member, Llinos Jonathan, has been nominated for the ‘Consumer Duty Champion’ Award. This nomination highlights her exceptional dedication to consumer advocacy and her efforts to champion the rights and needs of our members.
We are incredibly proud of this achievement and grateful for the continued support of our members and partners. Stay tuned for the results!
